Findea AG (hereinafter also referred to as “we” or “us”) procures and processes personal data relating to you or other persons (so-called “third parties”).

We use the term “data” here synonymously with “personal data” or “personal-related data”.

In this privacy policy, we describe what we do with your data when you use www.findea.ch, other of our websites or our apps (hereinafter collectively referred to as “website”), purchase our services or products, are otherwise associated with us under a contract, communicate with us or otherwise have dealings with us.

We may notify you in a timely manner in writing of any additional processing activities not mentioned in this data protection declaration.

In addition, we may notify you separately regarding the processing of your data, e.g. in declarations of consent, contractual conditions, additional data protection declarations, forms and notices.

This data protection declaration is designed to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Swiss Data Protection Act (“DSG”). However, whether and to what extent these laws are applicable depends on the individual case.
